On August 31st 2011, Thomas Pearo granted permission on behalf of Squid City to host recordings on the Live Music Archive:
Dear Archive,
Squid City would like to give archive permission to include recordings of
Squid City in the archive. Any member of the band may upload files, as well
as any one else granted they have permission of the band members. Squid
City's official policy on taping is tape away, as long as the taped show is
traded freely and not for profit. Also, any Squid City tracks downloaded
cannot be used for any commercial use, and may only be used for free trading
to enjoy the music that we have worked very hard on. To be clear, the
members of Squid City are:
Thomas Pearo - Bass and Guitar
Tyler George-Minetti - Lead Guitar
Anthony Kareckas - Drums and Percussion
